South Pacific Pictures is New Zealand’s largest film and television production company. Founded in 1988, South Pacific Pictures has produced over 3,000 hours of programming across drama series, serials, feature films, entertainment, reality and documentaries.

South Pacific Pictures' cornerstone production is the largest primetime nightly serial drama Shortland Street. More recent drama series hits are Go Girls and The Almighty Johnsons which have done well in the UK and USA. Outrageous Fortune which was adapted and re-versioned for UK and USA audiences.
