Steve Morrison is the former Chief Executive of Granada plc.

Steve's career began as a Radio producer with BBC Scotland. In 1974 he joined Granada where he founded Granada Film (1985) and held a number of senior positions including director of programmes Granada Television (1987), managing director Granada Television (1993) and managing director LWT (1994). He was pivotal to Granada's strategy of acquiring ITV's major producer-broadcasters; LWT, Yorkshire and United.

In 1996, Steve was appointed Chief Executive of Granada Media before becoming the Chief Executive in the IPO and finally the Chief Executive of Granada plc in 2001.

Steve's credits include World in Action (RTS Award), 28-Up (BAFTA), My Left Foot (2 Oscars), The Field (Oscar nominated) and Jack and Sarah.

Jules Burns started his television career at Granada in 1976 where he worked until 2003. Following a range of management and business affairs roles he was appointed Joint MD, with Andrea Wonfor, of Granada Production in 1995. In this role he oversaw the bringing together of Granada, LWT, Yorkshire and United's production and distribution operations and the growth and acquisition of Granada's international production and education businesses. In 2000 he was appointed the MD, Operations of Granada plc.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse, John spent 4 years as Group Financial Controller at Reed Elsevier. In 1995 he became Finance Director at Newsquest, a management buyout of the regional newspaper interests of Reed Elsevier backed by US Private Equity firm KKR. During this period the business grew substantially through acquisition and organic growth, before floating and then being acquired by Gannett a US media company. He joined ALL3MEDIA in August 2003 as Finance Director and Company Secretary.

David Liddiment started his career at Granada TV where after working as a researcher, investigative journalist, director and producer, he became executive producer of Coronation Street. He subsequently was appointed Head of Entertainment, introducing Stars in their Eyes and You’ve been Framed! and co-devising This Morning. In 1992 he was appointed Director of Programmes and commissioned top ITV drama Cracker and Band of Gold.

After a brief spell as Head of Entertainment Group BBC Television, David joined LWT in 1995 as Deputy Managing Director and Director of Programmes. In September 1997 he was appointed Director of Programmes at the ITV Network. During his tenure David commissioned Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Pop Idol, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, launched the Tonight programme and presided over a rich period of drama with shows ranging from At Home with the Braithwaites and Fat Friends to Bloody Sunday, Othello, and The Second Coming. He left ITV in December 2002.

In May 2003 David joined Artistic Director Kevin Spacey to set up the new resident theatre company at The Old Vic. He was Producer of The Old Vic Theatre Company until January 2007, having produced the company’s first three seasons, including: Cloaca, Aladdin, National Anthems, The Philadelphia Story, Richard II, Resurrection Blues and Twelfth Night.

David is Creative Director of independent television production company, All3 Media. In January 2007 he was appointed to the new BBC Board of Trustees.

Andy Taylor qualified as a lawyer with Dibb Lupton Alsop. In March 2000 he joined new media agency Victoria Real as Head of Legal and Commercial Affairs. He became Managing Director of the company at the end of 2000, a year in which Victoria Real was the fastest growing company in the UK and Endemol acquired a 50% stake.  Victoria Real was pivotal in launching Big Brother online and on digital television from 2000-2003.

In May 2003, Andy Taylor moved to Channel 4 where he was Managing Director, New Media responsible for developing Channel 4’s brand on new platforms, including innovative services such as 4Docs and Channel 4’s on demand service 4OD. He joined All3Media in September 2007 as Director, Digital Media. 

Debbie is a qualified HR practitioner and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with a background in managing Customer Service and HR Operations in major organisations, including British Airways, Grand Met (now Diageo) Granada/ITV and Page Moy.

Previously HR Director South for Granada/ITV (1999 - 2004) where she was directly responsible for all HR site operations/production HR at LWT, Meridian & Anglia TV; and more recently Group HR Director for Travelsphere and Page Moy Tour Operators (2004 - 2006) Debbie subsequently joined the ALL3Media Team as HR Director in autumn 2006.

Debbie is also an active Board member of First Light Movies, the Lottery and UK Film Council funded charity that funds and inspires film projects with 5 to 19-year-olds throughout the UK.

Damien graduated university in 1995 after studying Business and Computing. He soon moved into the financial world working at Abbey National and then JP Morgan.

He gained exposure to many other different industries during his time at the management consultancy Bain and Co and the Venture Capital firm Evolution Global Partners.

Damien joined ALL3MEDIA as Group Director of IT shortly before its launch in 2003.
