Bentley Productions is a well established company which enjoys an efficient and friendly approach to filming. So much so that many guest artists contracted for Midsomer Murders ask to revisit. Bentley strives to maintain its high level of quality by developing exciting new story ideas with both established writers and new talent.

Midsomer Murders, starring John Nettles, is one of the top rated drama series on UK television and has been sold to over 230 territories from the U.S. to China.  Achieving peak time ratings consistently in excess of 6.5 million viewers and with the many daytime repeats reaching 2 million viewers, the series was described by the Independent as "a jewel in ITV's crown."  Filmed on location in and around villages in the Chilterns and the Home Counties, Midsomer Murders has proved to be an English classic. Bentley celebrated the filming of the 50th episode of Midsomer Murders in 2005. Now into its twelfth series and preparing to film its 70th episode, Bentley can confirm that a further series is already commissioned, taking production into 2010.

Between 2002 and 2005, Bentley simultaneously produced an action thriller for ITV1 called Ultimate Force. Ross Kemp stared as Sergeant Henno Garvie in a series following the exploits of a crack SAS troop. The success of the series, particularly amongst the core demographic of 18-34 males, led to the commissioning of four series and a total of 21 episodes. Ultimate Force has also enjoyed huge success overseas and is one of the top ten British exports, sold to over 140 territories.
