Suppliers and Due Diligence
The All3Media Group is committed to running our business responsibly and to ensuring that no form of modern slavery or human trafficking occurs in any part of our operation or supply chain.
The core business of the All3Media Group is the production and distribution of television content. We are not aware of any issues of modern slavery or human trafficking in our operation or supply chain. We have carried out a risk assessment of key categories of suppliers across the All3Media group and as a result of that assessment and given the nature of our operation, we consider that the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain to be low.
All3Media expects all third parties we deal with to observe this commitment and to comply with all local laws and regulations including in relation to modern slavery, human trafficking and anti-bribery and corruption. Our contractual provisions will be updated in so far as possible to ensure that all third parties are obliged to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Training
We will offer training to all staff on a range of compliance matters which will include their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, particularly in relation to recognising and mitigating risks in relation to modern slavery.
